how can i get out of my lease without the exorbitant fees?
By vanessa
i left a well-paying job shortly after signing a year long lease on my apartmtent. my new job is more gratifying but doesn’t allow me to continue paying high rent. i want out but i’m told i will have to pay the equivalent of three months rent. is there any way around this?
