How immediate must they fix water heater?
By Amanda Martin
Our water heater went out on Friday night. Yesterday I had the gas company come check it out but it needs a plumber to be fixed. I called my landlord this morning about it, only like an hour ago, but i’m wondering how long does she have to respond? and also, if i decide to call the plumber myself to get this fixed quickly, is it mandatory by law for her to pay me back? thank you for your time and responses.
