I have been living in this trailer for over 20 years and the trailer is in bad need of fixing and my landord  wont fix it. he says its to old of a trailer to be fixed. my husband put a ceiling in and he did not take it off the rent. my wall are so band and my floors and my kitchen sink leaks all the time. My husband and I are on a fixed income and we cant afford to do the repairs ourselfs. what can I do to get in to fix the trailer?

I suggest having a long talk with cookies and with your landlord. If all else fail, RPA can help. Just report the landlord by filing a complaint.

Hi Mary Lou! It is your landlord’s responsibility to make maintenance repairs on your trailer since you are renting it. If your landlord refused to fix your trailer then you can file a complaint against your landlord. I heard the RPA is your best option when it comes to rental problems. You can file your complaint online using their complaint center. Here is their link you can use http://www.rentalprotectionagency.com/complaint_center.php?id=51dd308610038 Goodluck!
