landlords refuse to communicate

By jennifer

ok, so heres the deal. my landlords all the sudden refuse and i mean REFUSE to communicate with us. they will not answer the phone, they will not answer their door… anything… so we pay rent weekly and aince we cant get ahold of them, were just sitting on the money cause they wont answer us to talk, so mu question is, when they try to evict us, and they will, when we go to court are we gonna be safe with logging all the attempts of communication?

You say you logged all the attempts of communication? Then you’re safe. Just save the money, in case they come knocking at your door asking for the month’s rent.
