lease breach due to sale?

By Angie

i have a year lease that ends 8.25.13.  my landlord has informed me the house is going to be put up for sale to avoid foreclosure.

can you sell a leased property and force tenant move out? (will be sold as single family home withOUT renters)
landlord said there is no breach yet (might take all summer to sell) is the lease still binding?
currently, i have over a grand invested in deposits and last months rent.  any chance i will ever see that money again?
how do i file a 1099R for the rent monies i have paid for last year?
