    This is what I’m going through right now and I want to know if I’m within my rights to move. The apartments that I live in have nothing to fix the problem nor have they ever contacted me. They don’t  return my phone calls when I  have a complaint or need something fixed. They give you a news letter with the contact number for maintance to come and repair but I don’t get nothing. Since I’ve lived here my A/C don’t work, it sells like mildew, bathroom tile is falling of the walls, my dish washer dosen’t clean the dishes, and now the refigerator is not keeping my food cold anymore. What do I do? I just want to move out but i want my deposit back. When I went to the office to ask about my lease and when it was up they said that  my lease was not up until November and the lease paper that I have says October. How is that they have one lease that says November and I have one that says October  but I am suppose to have a 12 months lease…… What is wrong with this picture…. I don’t see how they can change the lease without me? I want to leave this place but I don’t want this on my credit .  What do I do????????????
