Paid Deposit and Rent but haven’t moved in.
By Barbara
Hi,
I paid a deposit and rent, but have not moved in. I did sign a lease, and I informed the Landlord that I was not going to be able to move in.
Am I responsible for the entire lease payments it I have not moved in, and informed my landlord on the second day?
Thanks for any legal advise.
