Problem with bugs!

i moved into my apartment a few months ago. when i moved in, i actually got upgraded to a slightly bigger apartment because, while they were cleaning the apartment i was going to move into, they found out that it had a bug problem. now i have a bug problem. i dont know if they are the same bugs that th complex found in the last apartment. i think the bugs might be som kind of gnats. what can i do about this? is this reason enough to be able to get out of my lease? i feel so disgusted with all the gnats i find, and im afraid if i move to another apartment in the complx, i might have the same problem. please help. what can i do?

I have bedbugs in my apartment, I need help getting rid of them, but my apartment manager is not providing the proper help.
