Not on the lease
By Rick
My girlfriend has a lease in Arizona. I am a previous renter of this apartment complex and left with rental monies owed. The apartment rules state that anyone that stays longer than 14 days must be added to the lease. I am not on the lease but do visit my girlfriend but never longer than 14 days. I reside at another residence and have proof to show that. Can the apartment complex legally evict my girlfriend because I visit?
