Roaches everywhere. Help!
By Angel
We have had the apartment complex sprayed, bombed, etc with NO results. I have not lived in the apartment since 2/27/14 so that they could do a deep bombing but when we went to check it was still full of live roaches also. I requested to terminate my lease and was told I would have to buy out the lease. Now manager states I can not transfer because it has been more that 30 days since we rented! What are my rights, Please help!
