Several Tenant questions

My scumbag landlord just sent us a bill for repairs to our former apartment which he is going to take out of the security deposit. Here are my problems with some of the listings:

-1 is for a ticket from the city for improper waste disposal which I don’t think is even because of us, can he do this?

-There are several exaggerated "cleaning" charges with no receipt, I will ask for the receipt but I worry he will give it to us from his scumbag handyman who is also his brother and his brother will just exaggerate the charges for his time

 

-Several  are for things we asked him to fix but never documented ourselves.

 

 

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you
