Stop paying mortage

By keisha

My landlord informed me that she owes $3000 to the bank since she didn’t pay when the house was empty. I moved in July 2011 she told me to pay her April-June and than stay at the house until if was foreclosed. I text her a couple of days ago and asked said since the house is going to be foreclosed can I pay the rent half at the beginning of the month and the other part at the end. She agreed and also said that her house wasn’t being foreclosed and that she would be stopping by with an realtor to look at the property. My question is she doing a short sale and how long do I have to move? N also being in PA since she isn’t paying the mortage can I not pay my rent or can I put it in a account just in case she works out her mortage thing and just save it n move?
