verbal agreement after the lease ended
By rooos
our lease ended a few months ago, we never signed another lease, and we told the landlord we are moving but didnt say when. so we were on a month to month situation with nothing signed or anything said. we move out and now the landlord is saying i was supposed to give him a 30 day notice. and i still owe him rent for the next month but we are not in the home. how to i go and take care of this, if possible?
