What action can I take against my building manger?

By sharon

Last night two uniformed cops came to my door to investigate a complaint someone called into their child abuse hotline that they heard my baby crying and loud banging noises coming from our apartement. After searching my place, having me undress my child, and questioning my husband and I the cops came to the conclusion that there was no abuse in the house and they would state that in their report and that their was no concern for the child’s safety. Although the call was anonymous I have a feeling it was my building manager. My bedroom shares a wall with hers and our walls are thin. My son sometimes wakes up at 1 or 2 am with trapped gas and as an 8 month old he does what he only knows what to do and cries, sometimes for an hour to an hour and a half. My manger, after about ten to fifteen minutes of hearing him cry, begins to bang loud and hard on the wall and has even told us the morning after that I need to get my son to a doctor, have him checked out, that he is not normall, that I should feed him more or walk him as if he were a dog. I have let this go in the past but after having the cops called on me, I want to know if I can file any kind of complaint against this woman or even file a harasemant charge against her.
