Raising rent after a service request for broken AC

By Zabrail

I have lived in this rental property for only 2 months. I have had problems with the AC/Heating unit. The landlord keeps patching it and i keep having same problem. I have 4 small children and it is getting cold out there is no way to heat home only if i go purchase space heaters. The landlord Helen Cheng has treaten to evict my family and now is saying she wants to raise the rent. I told her i will not pay more her statement was I make enough money i won’t have a problem paying it. She has contacted my work, Home, and cell it is to the point that she is harrasing my family all i wanted to for her to fix unit. Now it has become a mess. Now i want all moneys paid to her and i want out of this contract.Do you have any solution broken AC ?
