Central air broken for 10 days now 105 heat index

I have posted just a bit ago about my problem with my landlord and my central air. My problem is this, I have been without air for as of tomorrow 10 days in the hottest weather anyone has seen in forever. We were able to have a repairman come by the house and fix it for us since the landlord refuses to even though the house came with air. Can we deduct from our rent and how do we go about it?
