How do I avoid paying rent?

By Lisette

Hello I am currently living at my father n laws mobile home and pay only rent space. My father n law passed away April 2009 and he left the home to his son, although he left the mobile home to him we never changed the title name. The manager is now telling me the we have move because we are in violation, since it is a senior park. I have relatives that meet the age requirement and although they can’t purchase the home from us, we have came to a agreement that they will pay for the change of title information and ALL COSMETIC WORK. If I don’t pay the rent space so I could accumulate money for my next rental, will that affect them in any way? What could I do to avoid paying at least three months rent?
