Problem with Landlord pest cotrol cost
By Linda Sullivan
Hi,
We have an outside/inside the home millipede infestation 3 weeks after we moved into the single Family home and the owner will not pay for the extermination of the pest. Our lease says the owner is Responsible for the extermination of rats mouse ants roaches and bedbugs, also wood destroying organisms. Since the word millipede is not in the lease we are responsible the management company says. No-where In our lease does it say we are responsible for extermination/pest control. Is the owner responsible for the Pest control cost? Thank you in advance for your help!
