Promised Pool Never Open Apartement complex

I am a new renter been living at the new place now for about 3 months now. I have 4 children 3 of which do not go to day care and are under age so don’t go to preschool either. When we moved here we were promised an open pool Mon-Sat. Now every time I turn my head it’s closed due to "hair Weeve" being stuck in the filters??!! This is the most rediculious thing I’ve ever heard of. I live in Florida and it’s extremely hot we look forward to the pool and get upset every time it’s closed. Now they’re saying it’s going to be closed for the rest of the summer. Can I find a lawyer or something on this issue. I don’t think I should have to pay a full months rent when we don’t ever have a pool.

Please check your lease agreement if the pool amenities is included in your monthly rent. You can file a complaint here, it is cheaper to get an RPA mediator to resolve the issue (not to mention, much faster).
