Trailer Park Rent…

Hello. I have tried to sell or give away my trailer after a park inspection (passsing) 38.00  and have sent at least three buyers up to register and they do not qualify. So needless to say i am trapped here. I have offered to give my title to the park but they refuse and say that i will be charged monthly lot rent for as long as the mobile remains. OK understood. They also will charge me between 2000 and 3000 dollars to do whatever they have to do with the trailer. So i am tied up completely or it so seems. My ultimate problem is that in the beginning i used a co signor to get my application through(divorce). Now i cannot even walk because i will be putting them(co -signor) at risk of disaster. I would never consider that. My question is , does the co- signor s signatures ever expire? Or is there any way out of this mess. Oh yeah i must state the reason i am wanting to leave. The heat bills in the winter are over the top and i am disabled and cannot afford to live here. And they just raised the rent 20,00 also.  thanks Jeff
