have paid a fourtune in cleaning and furnture removel,and throwing away blankets,my flat screen my couches, clothes that are $250.00 jeans and up, curtians,carpet cleaning,etc.

If someone else asks me whether I returned a tenant’s security deposit, and how much I returned, am I legally allowed to answer or does the tenant have a right to privacy regarding that information? 

I live on the 3rd floor. All my neighbors around me have bed bugs except me. Can I break my lease and move out? I have very expensive furniture and I am afraid that I will be next.
