Lost – how do i accomodate someone who is now injured and is on the top floor Joey Rigiano CA Landlord

I have a tenant who was recently injured and is on the top floor and I do not have an elevator – the tenant is asking what I can do to help her get down the stairs – do I need to do anything – can I just have her move into another apartment on the 1st floor and if so, do I need to move her since she can’t move anything right now. What am I required to do?

Any suggestions?
