<p>&nbsp;I RENTED TO A HUSBAND AND WIFE. AFTER THEY WERE LIVING THERE A WHILE i BECAME VERY SUSPICIOUS. MY BELONGINGS WERE COMING UP MISSING. FOR ONE MY WEDDING RING AND ENGAGEMENT RING. THE HUSBAND WOULD GO INTO OUR GARAGE AND TAKE MY HUSBANDS TOOLS AND LOAN THEM OUT TO PEOPLE WE DID NOT KNOW, POSSIBLE MAKING MONEY FROM THEM USING OUR TOOLS. i ASKED THEM TO PACK THEIR BAGS AND LEAVE, AND OFFERED THEM TIME TO LEAVE. i OFFERED THIS SO THERE WOULD BE NO EVICTION ON THEIR RECORD WHICH IS HELPFUL. I GAVE THEM A WEEKS NOTICE THEN A &quot;2&quot; DAY NOTICE THEN A &quot;1&quot; DAY NOTICE THAT ALL THEIR BAGS WOULD BE SEARCHED. THEY CAME INTO MY HOME EMPTY HANDED, AND NOW ARE LEAVING WITH 4-5 LUGGAGE FULL OF BELONGINGS? SUSPICIOUS I WOULD SAY. OH I DID HAVE A LOCK ON MY ROOM, MY HUSBAND PROBABLY LEFT WITHOUT LOCKING THE DOOR THIS DAY. WELL ANYWAY, I SEARCHED THEIR BELONGINGS&#8230;LONG AND BEHOLD!!!!!!!! ALL MY EARRINGS, CLOTHING, UNDERWEAR, TOOLS, AND THEY WERE TAKING HALF OF OUR BATHE TOWELS. I TOOKM EVERYTHING BACK AND PUT IT IN MY BELONGINGS, WHAT FUCKING SHIT RIGHT DO THEY HAVE GOING THRU MY STUFF? CAN YOU BELEIVE THE NERVE&#8230;THE LAWS HAVE TO BE CHANGED TO PROTECT THE LANDLORD IN THIS SITUATION. AND I ALSO FOUND DRUG PARAPHENALIA IN THERE ALSO&#8230;SO OUT WITH THESE DIRTY PEOPLE, SCUM OF THE EARTH, NO MORE!!!!!!!!</p>

<p>I moved into my apartment on Sept. 1. They were still construcing it while I was moving, even though it was promised to be done. My stove was broken, and after much questioning on my part, a new one was replace about 6 weeks after moving in. Repairs that were supposed to have been done before me moving in never happened. I requested rent receipts, and did not receive one until the 8th month of my lease. It took 4 months to put up banisters in the hallways. Snow removal would take 2-4 days, even after I fell and hurt myself. The landlords decided to redo their floors, and put a polyeutherane coat on the floors of their level (we live in a house with an added addition.) They left for two days without telling us, and I had headaches, nausea, and dizziness due to the chemicals. Now, our stairwell has been blocked for over a week. I have about a 9 inch space to try and squeeze through the opening to leave. This is a fire hazzard. I could go on and on and on. What is the best way to deal with the unfairness of the situation, as well as get my security deposit back? I know he is going to try and make things up on why I shouldn&#8217;t get it back. I have paid all rent on time, and my landlord has no respect for me as a person. PLEASE HELP!!! I have til sept 1. </p>

<p>Property manager Ryan Froerer said he couldn&#8217;t even open the front door, it was blocked with beer cans from inside.  Although, the Ogden Utah renter appeared to be the best renter; rent was always paid on-time and he never complained, he apparently had a drinking problem and was a pack rat.</p>

<p>The cans were cleaned up and recycled for a total of $800, hopefully enough to cover the cleaning cost!  Its estimated the the renter spent $540 dollars a month on beer for a grand total of $51,800 during his 8 year rent period. </p>
<p>Though he once stacked beer boxes to the ceiling, and covered his furniture with his spent aluminum friend; this renter has now given up on drinking altogether.</p>
