WOULD LIKE TO START AN ORGANIZATION TO ASSIST LANDLORDS WITH SECTION 8 TENANTS WHO ARE ALLOWED TO DESTROY PROPERTY GET OVER ON THE COURT SYSTEM AND GO WITHOUT PAYING RENT. LANDLORDS NEED TO NEED TO ORGANIZE. IF INTERESTED E-MAIL ME AT QOL4317@AOL.COM MENTION LANDLORD AND I WILL RESPOND. TENANT OWES 7 MONTHS RENT AND SECTION 8 GAVE THEM AN ADDITIONAL 6 MONTHS. |

Should also start an organization to keep track of landlords that don’t respond to needed repairs when safety related or not. [Reply] |

I so agree with you…section 8 and social services (DSS) are the worst. I am going through two evictions right now because these people violated the rules of section 8 and DSS and without warning or notice my checks stopped coming because they were kicked off of the program. I am very cautions when I rent to people who receive assistance, but the security of knowing the rent is going to be paid each month is nice. BUt I don’t understand how it is legal to stop my checks without any notice and it is illegal for me to put them out on their butt without out proper notice. There are all these laws to protect tenants, what about the landlord…why do we get shafted all the time. [Reply] |
