I have been renting for a little over a year, I have made several requests to get things fixed in my apartment and my landlord states it will get done but never does. Also I complain about kids who skateboard on the walkway or little kids riding their toys up and down the walkaway  ( I work 5 days week and on weekends I would like to sleep in or enjoy my day off) but I can’t because of the noise. They also leave their trash and toys all over the grass and sidewalk. My frustration is the landlord won’t do a thing. Is there anything that I can do?
