Problem with Airconditioning

Frustrated Renter, Landlord Problems, Renter Q & A

I am having problem with my airconditioning.It is not cooling my house  and my house has been 85-90 since this summer.The renter office has send technician to repair it and the problem continues and they finally says nothing thy can do. My leasing contract doesnot have aircondition label in it and my lease expire Oct 2010.  Sir/Madam this condition is causing serious depression because the law say Aircondition is luxury.I need help.I have a sick mother and a 4 year old son.I need help and advice

in the state of nc, if a home is equipped with a air conditioning unit it is required to function
