Agent Jul 4, 2008 NO FURTHER RESPONSE: Agent has received no further response within the 3 day grace period. Therefore, this case is closed.

Agent Jul 1, 2008 3 DAY RESPONSE PERIOD: The agent is providing the landlord and tenant with 3 days to respond to this case. This grace period is alloted in order for either party to provide additional documentation. This case will be closed after the 3 day grace period. Agent has found that the eviction is substantiated.

Agent Jul 1, 2008 BREACH OF CONTRACT: Landlord provided agent with the following reasons for eviction: Waste to Premise, Electricity Disconnected, Unauthorized Pet.

Agent Jul 1, 2008 LEGAL EVICTION: Agent spoke with the landlord about the process of eviction. Landlord was aware of the process and has started legal eviction. Landlord has not violated eviction laws.

Agent Jul 1, 2008 LANDLORD RESPONSE: Landlord immediately returned the phone call. Landlord has provided sufficient proof of breach of contract. Landlord has aslo secured a 4 year restraining order against the tenant. The tenants restraining order was declined. Tenant failed to appear at hearing today.

Agent Jul 1, 2008 RENTER CONTACTED: Agent contact renter and spoke with John concerning this case. It appears there are several problems between landlord and tenant. Both parties have restraining orders against each other. Tenant claims his rent is paid in full, and that his lease is good through February. Tenant feels landlord has no right to make threats of eviction.
