We mentioned to him the piles of mold growing in every window during the winter, he measured the windows in January, but has decided not to buy them until fair time when they will be cheaper, and try to get them installed before next winter. Spoke w/him this morning, and still no answer We have mentioned for over a year how the bugs are taking over the place; we are clean, I have bought, and extensively used the â??sugar waterâ? that seems to do nothing had to have exterminator tell us it was a complete infestation of ants; we had differnt types of bugs that would crawl on us in our sleep Efficiency of the house is not as good as he made it sound; we have almost a $200 a month gas bill while keeping the heat at 68 degrees. The cold temperature from the basement comes thru the uncarpeted floors. Then the new AC unit sometimes has issues cooling below 75 degrees. Electircal in the garage has been known by him since January, and I still have no electricity in the garage or side of house, have to plug weed eater extentsion chord in the house. Front and back storm doors are rotting.
