Fair Resolution according to renter :
  1. For the to pay for the damages to my stuff and the time I had to take off work.

Called emergency pager repatedly no one called back, by the time they came the next morning $1300 worth of damage was done to my stuff (Which they are refusing to pay.). After cleaning the carpets and repainting the ceiling they clamed there was never any damage. 2 weeks later had another leak form AC called pager again no one called back, called office when it open they informed me they had got rid of the pager because it had not been working and swithched to a cell phone. (No one informed me of this before that day and the voicemail was still intsructing people to call the pager) a new maintenance man came out and spent over 6 hour fixxing the ac because the person before did not fix it. Landlord will not return any of my calls and when I questioned them they sent me a letter saying they would not talk to me everything had to be in writting now.
