We have asked managment to repair the problem and they have tried, but the leak came back and they could not find a reason, they just said to call back if it happens again. They saw the mold and sprayed the cabinet and then put it back on. They have not done anything to the mold downstairs that is covering the walls. We sent them a letter saying we want out of our lease without any penalties and they offered us a new apartment upon renewing a lease, we do not want to do that. They did not comply with what we said and we feel it is a health hazard for us to live there.
