Upon my arrival at the residence, I found the master bathroom toilet was plugged, the pool was not cleaned, the sheets on the middle bedroom bed were excessively wrinkled as if they had not been changed, the toilet seat in the mater bath was cracked straight through, and there were feces on the toilet seat in the second bathroom. Also, the blinds on most windows were broken preventing complete privacy while in this home. I immediately contacted the landlord to request resolution. She was angry, but agreed to come over "first thing" the next morning. I waited until noon and she did not show. I left her a message that I was vacating the premises and asked for a refund as indicated above. I left the key to the home in the same place she told me it would be upon my arrival. I also told her I took photos of the condition of the home upon my arrival.
