COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

On Aug 31 I moved out of my apartment. I thoroughly cleaned the unit and had the carpets professionally cleaned. The apartment was in ready to rent condition and did not require any additional work for the landlord. Landlord has charged me $150 for carpet cleaning, $75 for cleaning blinds. Both of these items were previously cleaned by me prior to move.
