Agent Oct 28, 2010 RIGHT TO RESPOND: Agent will provide the tenant with a full week to respond to the statement made by the landlord. Following the response period the agent will determine if further mediation is applicable.

Agent Oct 28, 2010 LANDLORD RESPONSE: Landlord has responded to the agent concerning this complaint. The tenant is being evicted for continually being late on his rent. Management is confused by the complaint as the tenant is the one that is in breach not them. Landlord is moving forward with eviction.
