COMPLAINT : Bed Bugs

COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

I discovered that there were bed bugs in my apartment. The complex treated my apartment at no cost to me and will be treating again also at no cost to me. However, they have not had the other units checked for bed bugs and I have been informed by a certified and licensed exterminator that the bed bugs can move into the walls. In fact, I could have gotten the bed bugs from another unit. I had to throw away my bed and all fabric furniture and have not been living in my apartment for two weeks and won't go back for another two weeks. I am still paying rent. I do not trust that the problem will be eradicated after two treatments of only my apartment unit. I have tried to call the regional manager multiple times and have left two messages, but have not received a return phone call.
