COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

I informed the apartment manager Scott Miller on 01/08/10 that my apartment had bed bugs and showed him a baggie with bugs that I have found in my apartment. He informed me that it was not their responsibility to hire an exterminator and that they would call to schedule a consultation, but ultimately I would be financially responsible for the cost. I explained that from my research, that it was the landlord's responsiblity and he argued that it was not since it was my place of residence. Mr.Miller informed me that it was expensive, but they could put it on my account and I could pay them a montly percentage.
