COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

My wife Amanda is allergic to bed bugs and has been to the doctor as early as June complaining of itches and rash which we found out recently to be from bed bugs. We have contacted the property management on at least five different occasions about this issue and they have said that they are not responsible for treatment. However, we have never had problems with this before anywhere else we have lived and we had purchased new furniture upon getting this apartment.
