COMPLAINT : Bed Bugs and Mold in building
Fair Resolution according to renter :
  1. Them to pay for complete care for this issue. A trained professional needs to come out and disinfect my home from mold and bed bugs

COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

I have called and they sent Barron pest control out for this issue. Barron told me to buy bombs for the apartment and advised me that other apartments in the same complex have had this issue. I did and have several times bombed the home come to find out that they are not working. The neighbor above me notified me of the mold in his apartment. The office did not follow up and is asking me to wait till monday to get somone out there. It is 11/20/2010 I have a small child that crawls around in this mold infested and bed bug apartment. I need this taken care of ASAP. I want it taken care of at their expense and I believe the health department needs to be notified of their negligence. This issue as gone on in this building since who knows when and nothing is being done.
