COMPLAINT : Squirrels in ceiling, & bedroom walls; can't sleep
Fair Resolution according to renter :
  1. I would like to be place in a different unit, and be compensated for 1 months rent that this has been going on for. would like them to pay
  2. moving cost. This is not just in my bldg. I'm on the top floor and they seem to be only in my apt. I'm going crazy!!!

Landlord Dec 22, 2010 66.134.219.54 Responded quickly and professionally to the Resident's concern. As of 12/9/2010 we have not heard from the resident regarding the issue. We are in the opinion that the problem "may be" resolved. We have left messages with the Resident to call if there were any more "noises". To date no calls have been made.
