COMPLAINT : Mold and health problems

  1. I would like all my rent(3months) and security deposit back plus my out of pocket hospital bills paid and to be let out of my lease.

COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

I ended up not being able to breathe on christmas eve and ended up with at 5 days hospital stay in the intensive care unit.This problem started just a few days after moving in to my reantal and i had been to the doctors twice and they put me on antiboctics and a inhaler thinking i had broncitices but it only got worse until i ended up in the hospital.Between my mother and myself we have contacted the landlords only to be told that a mold test would be done weeks went by with no mold test in sight!!Finally i wrote a letter to them and told them i would be going to a lawyer and 2 days later they came to do the mold test BUT they left the test for 1 hour and they they came and took it away??I dont understand that!!But before they came and did their mold test we did one of our own and it grew all kinds of mold!!I also have a 13 year old daughter and i am afraid she will start getting sick as well!!
