COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

I just moved into this apartment about a week ago so fairly new. Nevertheless there have been several maintenance issues which I can say have been resolved, nevertheless the refrigeratior is frost over thus putting food in there is not an option. There solution the the problem is to bring my food to a vacant apartment where I have to make round trips to retrieve my items. I feel there should be more done for this. Also today I received two noise complaints, I will admit I was angry about this because the noise was not loud. While my stereo was on I was in the restroom, thus when she claims to have knocked on the door and I could hear her over the music is absolutley bogus I just could not get to the door, I then go down stairs to discuss this situation and both apartment managers start to say ' I hope your not going to turn into a nuisance because I will evict you faster then you can blink" they were rude and belittiling and several times cursed at me and said several disrespectful things, now I'm afraid I may be retaliated upon because of this incident.
