COMPLAINT : Bedbugs in the residence
Fair Resolution according to renter :
  1. Refund for Initial Bedbug treatment-$500
  2. Reimburse for RPA fees
  3. Refund for monthly treatment of bedbugs from Oct 2010-Feb 2011-$350@$70/month
  4. Payment for the monthly bedbug treatments until we buy house- $70/month

Agent Mar 26, 2011 LANDLORD REFUSAL: The RPA has just received a refusal notice from the landlord. The landlord is unwilling to cooperate. Tenant will need to consider other legal options as mediation is no longer an option.

Agent Mar 11, 2011 FINAL CALL; The agent has made a final call to Stacey Green requesting an immediate response to this complaint. The agent is allowing the landlord a full week to respond to this complaint. This is the 3rd and final attempt to get the landlord to cooperate with RPA Mediation.

Agent Mar 11, 2011 TENANT REQUEST FOR UPDATE: The tenant has contacted the RPA to request an update as to the status of this complaint. The Agent will follow-up with the landlord one final time.
