COMPLAINT : Apartment has bed bugs and landlord want me to pay
Fair Resolution according to renter :
  1. I want the landlord to pay for the exterminating of thebed bugs. I dont think I should be responsible not sure where they started from

I dont think I should be responsible for the exterminating not sure where bed bugs started from. I know the apartment next to me is vacant because of mold . My daughter seemto be allgeric to them has broken out with rash and has numerous bites on her body

Landlord Mar 15, 2011 67.197.92.62 Mrs. Bryson has agreed to cooperate with the bed bug treatment. The owner has agreed to a payment of $650 to Cramer Pest Control for the outlined treatment of Mrs. Bryon's home. It is scheduled for Tuesday, March 22, 2011, 8:00 a.m. The decision to pay for the treatment was reach on March 9, 2011. This is the only bed bug case the community has had. We are certain the infestation was caused by a member or a guest of Mrs. Bryson's household, for which she is responsible. Mrs. Bryson is in breach of her lease agreement by not disclosing in a timely manner material affecting the health and safety to her household and other households in the building. No other cases of bed bugs or suspicious activity have been reported.
