COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

Bedbugs were found on my mattress in one corner, I reported this to the landlord. They wanted to spray the apartment, there was no mention of me paying for it. Later, the landlord Lisa Caley called and told me I would be charged for it, I stated that it wasn't possible because I did not have the money, and I feel that the landlord and complex owners are responsible for those payments. Later in the day I was informed that my lease was being canceled and I had the weekend to move out (reported Saturday, needed to be out by Monday). I was told that I would be receiving my full deposit and months rent. I met with the landlord Monday and received a letter stating I would only receive 269.04 of my March rent and my deposit minus pest control fees (the spraying) and other damages/cleaning fees. I never agreed to pay for the spraying. I have only been giving 3 days to find another place and move.
