I would like to to move but I cant afford it, I've been asking the new Tropicair manager they treat me bad because they want me to leave. Estell the new manger said, "No". Ever since the last landlord left Dec 2009 Estell has constantly asked for the keys to the apartment. She's fixated on entry to my apartment when they downright seem dangerous to me. Estell's been at the Tropicair apartments only one year; I was with old manager for 800 days and nothing went wrong with my stay and the old manager didn't have primary response at the sight of me to ask me for my keys. The locks are cleared, the apartment manager probably wrote the expense of them off his taxes in 2008, I do not understand! The new apartment managers only want the worst treatment for me. The whole complex is practically empty and they put the weirdest people who are aggressive toward me below and beside me. E.G. When the partner of the new manager took over, he told me everyday for two weeks that he was coming later that afternoon to fix my floor. I waited everyday for him and even after a year he still never came: But, I never asked him to fix the floor! So whats weird about the floor is that a Debbi Flores across the street disappeared a year from the Estabon's floor fixing gag on me. Then a squater below me bangs on my on my door at 1am the night of Debble Flores' disapearance. "How come you are banging on my cieiling" he said, when it where he whom had been banging on my floor! I asked him how long he'd lived below me at that time and he said a "Long" time. But that's not true because only 85 days prior the police said the mangers denied anyone was living below me. So now theres a real short guy, the police said, living below and he says he's been living here only a short time? The day before the landlord started roofing over my ceiling this new short man below me started banging on my floor thousands of times, in just 24 hours. So, now I wonder who will disapear, probably any one of 4Loras? I said to the police the manager denies theres people living below me to a prior police officer Simmons on 9-19-10; so i asked the second set of police to check for a rental receipt but they refused and said the managers can let whom ever stay under any terms. It really seems like the managers keep turning things off because they want to force me to have contact with them? These people are getting money for an exchange, but they're inhospitable and unsafe.
