COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

Moved to the apartment about 2 month ago. Couple weeks ago saw a several bug bites, later couple more. I never had bed bugs problem before so couldn't realize what caused the bites. Yesterday woke up with multiple bites on legs and arms and saw a brown bug crawling. I started to do research and understood the problem. Landlord never was very understanding even in much smaller problems so I decided to file a complain before I address the problem to him.
