Extremely loud banging noise from above apartment, unable too sleep, they have let the neighbors know but did no good. I can not live there . I COMPLAINED several times to adagio they did not respond to me, finally after 12 days main manager gets back from trip and hears my complaint, all she offers me is that she will contact the neighbors about the noise, the assist manager who I talked the first day of complaint said she would let neighbors know but it did no good. With the end of month coming up I THEY need too show that they will fix the problem or move me If they are unwilling then break the lease and Ii want my deposit back, have only lived there a couple of days, can hear about every noise from above , never been in such a poorly insulated and constructed apartment that is loud if someone walks across the floor let alone rush or bang anything.

LANDLORD REFUSAL: Despite repeated attempts both written and verbal, the Landlord/ Manager has refused to respond to the complaint. Due to the landlords refusal to cooperate with RPA Mediation, the RPA has no choice but to close this case. The tenant will need to seek other legal options such as court. |
