We moved out of this rental home for a number of reasons. We provided notice of leave as soon as she was reachable. House was left clean with no property damage (do have photos). Landlord is refusing to return the security deposit because of several reasons: 1. Stove not adequately cleaned. 2. Some residual wood in fireplace 3. Touch up paint to white walls was not matched well enough. 4. Yard work was not to her liking (never had complaints from the city or neighbors). 5. Utility payment. (The only bill left is water which is pending a meter reading). 5. Bills

Agent Jun 2, 2011 LANDLORD REFUSAL: Despite repeated attempts both written and verbal, the Landlord/ Manager has refused to respond to the complaint. Due to the landlords refusal to cooperate with RPA Mediation, the RPA has no choice but to close this case. The tenant will need to seek other legal options such as court.
