COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

Dear Sir/Madam We (RAHUL SHARMA/YASHA SHARMA) had moved to 3 TIFANY BLDG,HERSHEY,PA 17033 on 06/01/2009.We had got the lease transferred from Vinod Adisumelli/Naveen Ambati. It was a month-to-month lease.Rent=$855/-,Security Deposit=0.We vacated the apartment on 02/26/2011.We always used to pay our rent on time and there were never hicc-ups.Now when we moved to Beaverton,OR.We had received a letter from Briarcrest asking us to pay $1111/- as cleaning and carpet changing charges. We had cleaned the apartment before leaving and our carpet was in pretty good situation. That document mentions our lease start date as 02/01/2008 which doubles our residency there. Most of the charges the wants us to pay our unjustified.I contacted them lot of times in last month and they reduced the charges to $740/- but it still contains lot of things which are unjustified and wrong. We are made to pay for many things which ideally they should take care of.Please help me. They are saying that they will report my case to Colections agency if I do not pay by 04/24/2011 and will put it on my credit history. I have a very clean history and do not want to mess it iup for anybody else's fault. Please help us in closing it. It seems that they are trying to take undue advantage of the fact that we have moved to west coast. I can provide all the proofs of my communication once we get in touch. Thanking You Regards Rahul
