COMPLAINT : Landlord refusing to pay for bed bug treatment.

COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

1. Capital Property Management is unwilling to pay the $230 cost for their exterminator's attempt to exterminate bed bugs in the unit. 2. Extermination was ineffective, as 1.5 weeks following treatment, bed bugs were still found in the unit (I moved out). 3. There is no mention in my rental agreement of tenant responsibility to pay any bed bug extermination costs. 4. Capital Property Management is unable to prove how bed bugs originated. 5. I felt unsafe in the unit with parasites feeding on me.
