Landlord has not refunded my $1000 security deposit or provided a repair list in 4 months. My lease went from 9/6/10-12/12/10. My forwarding address was written on the lease and I provided it along with my phone number in a letter I provided before I left. I have only been able to reach the landlord twice, which he said the deposit would be taken care of. I have left numerous phone messages to which none have been returned.
